I am a certified NASM personal trainer and a certified Precision Nutrition coach.
I have personally experienced the benefits of exercising combined with good nutrition firsthand and enjoy helping others reach their fitness and health goals.
There is not a one size fits all solution and finding what works for each client is important to getting desired results. I do not believe in diets. I prefer to focus on helping my clients adopt a sustainable lifestyle that incorporates realistic changes that do not end with frustration and feeling that they can’t ever enjoy themselves. It does take commitment and some effort, but the health benefits, self-confidence and sense of well-being are more than worth it.
